Ad for McCormick gift set turned into monthly subscription

I saw an ad for McCormick Spices where you could win a Christmas Gift Set. You fill out the form, pick a gift, and if you get the set you pay $13.77 for shipping. That's what it said on the website.

After I finished I clicked on the terms and conditions. It says I paid for a monthly subscription. I called them and they said they would not refund. It's false advertising and a scam. The information is misleading and they don't tell you the terms before you finish. Now they have my credit card number and my address.
