Ordered something from velweara and never got my package

I ordered from www.velweara.com and they never sent me my package. It was supposed to come from China through some shady delivery service. Then they told me my refund would take 3 to 4 weeks because banks were busy giving refunds. Total bull[censored]. I lost $35.33. Stay away from these people and shut them down.
