Vending machine shortchanged me and they just laughed when I complained

I used a vending machine from this company in the Twin Cities area. If you put in anything over a dollar, like a five dollar bill, it’s supposed to give you five dollars in quarters back from the change machine. But it only gave me three dollars. I contacted them to try and get my money back. They literally laughed at me. Or they just send text messages saying it’s not gonna happen. They need to be looked into.
