Ordered shoes from Venstore and tracking showed package returned to sender

I ordered a pair of shoes from Venstore.com. They gave me a tracking number and I checked it. The package came from China and then it stopped at an address in Newark, NJ. It just sat there for a long time. Then I saw it was returned to the shipper.

I tried to cancel the order a few times but nobody would help me. Finally someone came on the phone and said they would refund my money. That never happened. I lost $42.00 on this.
