Ordered a pants set, got cheap wrong sizes, no response for refund

I placed an order with Vera California on January 25th, order #779279. It was for the Sylvie-Verastyle three-piece pants set and cost $69.95. I had to contact them on February 4th to ask about the status, and they told me it was on the way. I finally got the order on February 17th.

When I tried everything on, the pants were way too big and too long. The jacket was too small. The fabric also looked very, very cheap. I contacted their customer service right away to say I wanted to return the set for a refund. I got no response.

I tried again on February 26th, saying I hadn't heard anything about the refund or how to send it back. It's now March 3rd and there's still been no response from them at all.

Ordered two dresses online and got cheap fakes a month later

I ordered two dresses from Vera California online. They took almost a month to get here. When they finally showed up, I got totally ripped off. The dress I got is NOT the one I ordered. It's made of this cheap material and it's not even close. Looks NOTHING like the picture.

I tried to reach the company for a return. I used the phone number and the support email. No reply. Can't get through to anyone. They took my money and sent me junk.
