Order from Veras-copper.com says Arizona but really in Hong Kong

This company Veras-copper.com claims to be in Arizona but when I tried to contact them about my order I found out they are actually in Hong Kong. I contacted them to cancel the order and they claimed it had already shipped.

They said to get a refund I would have to wait until it delivered and then pay to return it, when they received it back they would issue a refund. It took two weeks after I contacted them that it delivered to get them to give me the return instructions. I googled the address they gave me for their return warehouse and google showed a picture of a Burger King restaurant. I lost $106.00. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. They need to be reported.
