Getting daily calls about a loan application I never filled out

I keep getting calls every single day from someone saying they're from the verification department. They're calling about a loan application I never filled out or completed. They call twice a day from different numbers but tell me to call back at (855) 909-0848.

The numbers they use keep changing. I've gotten calls from 970-727-2440, 475-314-9659, 888-701-1522, and a bunch of others. Every time I get a call from a new number, I block it. I've added scam block to my cell number and I report every voicemail they leave as a scam.

Somehow I still get a call every day. It's a disgrace that these people can just keep operating like this.
