Got a robocall about a $49,000 loan approval, then they asked for my Social Security number

I got this robocall with a recorded message. It said my name was Marissa Albert and she was with the Verification Department, that she was the credit analyst working on my approval for about $49,000. The message said my file was pre-approved and just pending income verification. It told me to press 1 to speak with her or someone on her team.

So I pressed 1, and it connected me to a live person. Right away they started pressing me for personal information, including my Social Security number, before they would even let me talk to any loan specialist. I asked for their business street address or a license number, and they refused to give it. They wouldn't give me a website either. The whole thing felt really off. The caller ID showed 1(708) 464-6459 and they said they were based in Florida.
