Verisola Inc. billed my insurance for equipment I never asked for

So I got a notice from my insurance about some claims from Verisola Inc. They billed for 9 different DME items between August and December last year, the total was almost $15,000. I never ordered any of that stuff and I don't even have conditions that would need that kind of equipment.

Luckily my insurance caught it and rejected the claims because they said I didn't have the right health conditions for those items. They asked for more info from my doctor but nobody ever contacted me about it. I just got the letter in the mail saying the claims were denied. No idea how they got my insurance info in the first place.
