Letter saying I owe Verizon debt for a closed account

Got a letter in the mail from some address in Newark, PO Box 408, saying it was a formal notification from Verizon about debt I owed or I’d lose service. They said they were gonna send it to collections.

Thing is, I already closed that account with a credit. So they’re full of it. The phone number on the letter was (866) 266-1445. No real company name on there, just that PO Box. Didn’t lose any money but it’s annoying getting stuff like this.
