Someone called claiming to be from Verizon and knew my address

A person named Stephen from Verizon Wireless called me. I denied whatever they were saying at first but then they called back so I figured it must be important if they called twice.

They knew my exact service address and what service I had. I asked them again if they were really who they said they were. I told them I already handled the matters myself.

I called Verizon and they said they can’t verify this is their agent. So I don’t know who really called.

Verizon scammed me with phones and put me off for years

I got scammed by Verizon Wireless over iPhones and a Samsung phone. They said they knew about the hackers, but they never did one thing about it. For years, they just put me off, sending me from one customer service person to another. They even routed me to a customer service that wasn't even Verizon and to an Apple service that was never a real person. They listened in on my phone calls and went through my messages. I lost $200 because of this.
