Ordered shoes but got something totally different and cheap

I ordered shoes from Veronica-Houston.com. The website looked fine and the pictures showed a good orthopedic shoe. What I got in the mail was not even close. It was some cheap thing that didn't look like the description at all. Definitely not an orthopedic shoe.

The quality is awful. I looked into sending them back but the shipping cost is more than what I paid for them. So I'm just out the $50. Their phone number is 1(713) 919-7923 and email is [email protected]. I don't know what else to do.
