Ordered shoes from Versaine, got a tracking number but never received them

I clicked on an ad and ordered shoes from Versaine. I got a confirmation email and a tracking number. It showed the item left China, but it's been almost six weeks now and the shoes still haven't arrived. I emailed their support address, and the only response I get is "thank you for your patience." This feels like a complete scam. I'm out almost $58.
