Shoes I ordered never arrived and they took my money

I bought some shoes from versaine.com and they took the money out of my account. The shoes never showed up. I tried emailing [email protected] but nobody got back to me.

I don't know what else to do. The website is still up and I just want my money back or the shoes.

Ordered sneakers in January, still waiting, no one answers

I ordered sneakers on January 15th. Got an email from the vendor saying the item is delayed but would be delivered in the beginning of February. I contacted the "support" email multiple times, but have not heard back. Followed the tracking link and supposedly the package has been held up or seized in customs. The last update is from March 1, which is in Chinese and I had to translate it to English in Google to mean "Awaiting Approval". It is now April 21st, so I filed a disputed charge with my credit card company. The money came out, $54.90. Their phone number is (260) 250-2693 and the website is versaine.com.

Ordered shoes from Versaine, got a tracking number but never received them

I clicked on an ad and ordered shoes from Versaine. I got a confirmation email and a tracking number. It showed the item left China, but it's been almost six weeks now and the shoes still haven't arrived. I emailed their support address, and the only response I get is "thank you for your patience." This feels like a complete scam. I'm out almost $58.
