Paid for shoes in January, never shipped, no response from company

I saw an ad for this company on my social media. I clicked it and the website looked normal, it had options. I went ahead and processed my payment. This was back in January. I wanted the shoes for Valentine’s Day. I kept looking at my tracking and it seemed like the order was never even packaged or sent out.

Then I reached out to the company. They only have email, [email protected]. I never got a response. So I tried the Shop app because they are linked to the Shop app and Shopify. I never got a response from them either. I lost $54.90.

Ordered shoes from a TikTok ad and got nothing

I saw an ad on TikTok for Adidas Sambas with hearts on them. I placed an order through the website, which used Shop Pay, about 24 days ago. The money came out, $57.85.

The tracking information they gave is vague and doesn't make sense. It just seems sketchy. I tried emailing their customer service at [email protected] and got no reply at all. Nothing.

The address listed is 418 Broadway #7806, Albany, NY 12207, USA. I paid for a product and just got ignored.

Ordered shoes from versaine.com and never got them

I placed an order for a pair of shoes from versaine.com. I got an email confirming the order, then another one saying it was processed. After that, I even got a shipping confirmation email that mentioned a delay.

But I never received the shoes. The money came out of my account, $54.90. I tried the support email, [email protected], and the phone number listed, (260) 250-2693. Nothing. No reply, no shoes, nothing. It just feels like I paid for nothing.

Ordered from Versaine, never got tracking or my package.

I placed an order on Jan 14, 2026. I never got a tracking number from them. Then I see online it says the package was delivered Feb 2, 2026. It was definitely not delivered to me.

I work from home, I get packages all day. That one never came. I can't even check with the post office because I never had the tracking info to begin with.

There's no customer service number to call. I've emailed their support asking for the tracking or to just cancel my order. No one has responded at all. My money is just gone.
