Ordered sneakers years ago and still no refund

I ordered a pair of giant named sneakers for the football game from verymarts.com. They got sent back and are sitting in a warehouse in Los Angeles. I have the receipt showing they were there back in 2023.

Now it's 2026 and they don't want to give me my refund. The debit card I used is different now but my email is the same. Linda is the one who keeps emailing me about it. Order number 498347. Tracking number 9261 2901 0952 4032 5945 99. The return warehouse is at 745 South Glasgow, Inglewood CA 90301-3012.

Total money lost was 66.45. What can we do about it.
