Ordered a bottle from VeslaCopper and never got it

I placed order #28227 with VeslaCopper on April 30, 2026. It was for a Journey 32 oz bottle pre-order, total was $58.39. They said there were delays at first, something about the shipment coming from India would be here by June 6.

Then on June 3 they said they got the shipment and my order would ship the next week. I got a shipping notification on June 8 with a USPS tracking number 9200190267338800066776. But as of June 17 I still have not gotten anything. I sent two emails to [email protected] telling them I didn't receive it and that I would report them to the BBB. No reply.
