Job offer for mystery shopper with no company details

I got this email from a Jennifer Clark saying I got a job as a Remote Veterans Mystery Shopper & Support Agent. They said congratulations and to sign a PDF. I never applied for anything like this.

The email came from veteranssupportprogram.com and the phone number is (660) 998-7583. They have an address in Moberly, MO. It just felt strange because they didn't ask me for anything or interview me. Just straight to signing papers.

I didn't lose any money but I didn't sign anything either. Just wanted to put this out there.
