Ordered something online and it took forever and doesn't even work

I ordered from vibeourplus.com and it took really long for the order to come in. I tried contacting them through email many times because they don't have a phone number. They wouldn't answer me, always replied with thanks for contacting us to check your order check tracking. I would explain tracking was not working and that's why I'm reaching out to see what's my order and I would always get the same response.

After I said I would not purchase in future again and I'd report, is when they shipped me what seems to be their product but it doesn't work. It looks like regular underwear with a self plastic circle thing on it that doesn't work as advertised. I told them and no response yet. I told them they scammed me for my money and that I would be reporting them for later shipment and false advertising and no communication. Their address is 124 w Dakota Ave suite 1, Pierre, SD 57501, USA. I lost about $47.
