Job offer email that turned into asking me to buy a MacBook

Got an email about a job because they found my resume on Handshake. Did the interview through Microsoft Teams and then had to do some intake assessment on a website. After 24 hours they emailed back saying I was hired.

Then they had me fill out all these paperwork forms. After I sent those in they told me to go buy a MacBook and said I would get reimbursed. That just felt strange so I asked for a phone number to talk to someone. Looked up the number they gave me on ScamPulse and found out it was a scam company.
