Ordered something from a Facebook ad and never got it

I ordered something on May 10 from an ad I saw on Facebook or TikTok. They kept sending me updates about shipping but would not give me a tracking number no matter how many times I asked. Now they are saying stuff like the truck broke down, the address was wrong, there was no one home, the building door code was incorrect. That does not make any sense because there is always someone at my house and I do not have a building or a door code.

I paid through PayPal and it went to something called Vic Vil Travel Gear. I have emailed them a bunch but they are not answering anymore. I lost $67.97.

Harassing loan calls after buying from their website

I keep getting these harassing loan calls from 888-269-4978. They call me non-stop, even after I tell them to stop. They are very aggressive and rude about it. I never gave them my number or asked for any loan.

I think they got my information from the VIC VIL TRAVEL GEAR website. I spent about $70 there. Now they call from different numbers, but the main one is that 888 number. It's driving me crazy. I just want them to stop calling me.
