Caller said she was from VICB and had my full social security number

I got a call today from someone named Jamie Davis. She said she was a claims processor for VICB and gave me a complaint number EC238-67. She told me I had a pay loan from Speedy Loans that went to two different collection agencies and now they want me to pay it off in two installments. She said if I didn't make a payment today they would call my job for wage garnishment.

She had my full social security number. The call came up as private number but she gave me her contact number as 678-325-4329. I told her I didn't have my debit card to make half the payment and I would call her back. When I called the number back it doesn't say any company name, just press 0.

I asked her when the loan was taken out and she couldn't tell me. I asked for a copy of the original application and she said it was in claims processing and she couldn't give it to me. I looked up the company name she gave me and found some info. Just want to report this.
