Ordered a 20 volt fuel pump, got a toy that runs on batteries

I placed an order for a 20 volt fuel pump from vicentaus.com. What showed up was a unit that runs on 2 D batteries, like something for a toy. It's completely wrong.

I emailed them about it. They acknowledged they sent the wrong part. I sent them photos of what I got, my shipping info, and clear instructions. They will not send the correct item. They said I'd have to send this useless part back to Asia at my own cost. Their solution was a 30% discount on a next order. I would never buy from them again.

Now I can't even find the item I wanted listed on their site anymore. I have all 7 emails back and forth saved.
