Ordered something online and got a cheap knockoff instead
When I tried to return it and get my money back they just refused. No return, no refund. I emailed [email protected] about it and got nowhere.
So now I'm stuck with this thing I don't want and I'm out $98. Just want people to know what happened.
Facebook ad order never showed up and tracking kept changing
First it said the item couldn't be delivered as addressed and got returned to sender. When I asked for a refund, all of a sudden the tracking said it was delivered 2 days before it was supposedly returned to them. Now they're telling me it was delivered and I should comb my neighborhood and check with USPS for it.
They go by several different variations of their name. I'm seeing a lot of complaints now from other people who got ripped off too. We're out $84.97.
Facebook ad for something that wasn't what they said
I tried to get a refund and they just refused. Wouldn't do anything about it. Just bait and switch basically. The email they used was [email protected]. I don't even know where they are located.
Ordered a 20 volt fuel pump, got a toy that runs on batteries
I emailed them about it. They acknowledged they sent the wrong part. I sent them photos of what I got, my shipping info, and clear instructions. They will not send the correct item. They said I'd have to send this useless part back to Asia at my own cost. Their solution was a 30% discount on a next order. I would never buy from them again.
Now I can't even find the item I wanted listed on their site anymore. I have all 7 emails back and forth saved.
