Got a letter about my home warranty expiring, looks fake

I got this official looking letter in the mail from Vicki Mercer. It said my homeowners warranty was fixing to expire if I didn't contact them. It's targeting new homes, which is unfortunate... I just inherited my mom's home so it looked real to me at first.

But praise Jesus for giving me the sense to see it was fake. The whole thing just felt off.
