Got a letter about our home warranty expiring but we don't have one

My husband got a letter in the mail saying our home warranty was about to expire or already expired. It said to call to reinstate it. There wasn't any return address on it, just an 800 number to call. The letter listed a Vicky Mercer as the program director.

Our house is over 40 years old. We haven't had a home warranty since it was paid off, so this didn't make any sense. It just felt off.
