Urgent letter about a home warranty I never had

I got this letter in the mail that says my home warranty is about to expire or already expired. It was all urgent sounding, saying I need to call them right away to stop a lapse in coverage. They had my address on it.

The letter says I have 9 days to act. It was signed by Vicky Mercer, Program Director. The phone number is 1-888-538-0818.

The thing is, I have never had a home warranty. Not sure where they got my info from.
