Got a second letter about my home warranty expiring, feels like a scam

I got another letter in the mail saying I need to contact their office because the Home Warranty for my property might be expired or expiring. It says if I don't call, I could be liable for all costs for any home repairs. That really worried me.

The letter says I might still have time to activate a warranty before it's too late, but they can revoke my eligibility after the expiration date. It tells me to please respond immediately by calling 888-413-5452. It's signed by Vicky Mercer, Program Director.

This is the second letter like this I've gotten. The whole thing feels off. I never signed up for anything with them.
