Letter about home warranty expiring with no company name listed

I got this letter in the mail from someone named Vicky Mercer, she says she’s a Program Director. It says my home warranty is about to expire and it’s supposed to be from my mortgage company or something like that. But there’s no company name on the letter, no website, no email, just a phone number 1-888-404-4504.

It just felt off. I didn’t call the number because I don’t even know who this person is or what company she’s with. I haven’t lost any money but it’s pretty annoying getting stuff like this in the mail.
