Phone call about a Viking River giveaway I never entered

I got a call from 1(866) 784-4501 saying I was a finalist in some Viking River giveaway. I never entered any contest or sweepstakes for a river cruise. They had my name and said I just needed to confirm some details to claim it.

The address they gave was 611 Pennsylvania Ave SE #140 in Washington DC. That sounded a little off to me. I didn't give them any info or money but it felt strange getting a call like that out of nowhere. They kept pushing me to act fast.
