Chat support sent me to a $5 refund that charged $70
I was trying to get a new manual for a pool vac from Vingli. Used their chat and they told me to just answer a thing for $5.00 and it was refundable. Then I got a fraud alert from my credit card saying they charged $70.00. I never agreed to that. The phone number they had was (800) 240-1371. I didn't lose any money because the card stopped it but still. It was supposed to be an online purchase for a manual not some random $70 charge.
