Website charged me $1 and keeps trying to take $29 every week

I tried to go on vinseeker.com to get a VIN looked up. When I saw they wanted money I stopped the whole thing. I used my Apple account to set up an account and they keep trying to charge me $29 every week through it.

They took my info and charged me $1 at first even though I never finished filling out anything or asked for a membership. It looks like they just made one for me. Luckily I don’t keep any money in my Apple account so the charges keep getting denied. But it’s still annoying they keep trying.
