Ordered necklaces that were cheap quality and no refund after 20 days

I ordered 4 necklaces from Violegrace.com. When I got them they were really cheap quality, not like what was shown. They say they have a 30 day return policy so I contacted them about sending them back.

Their response was they would give me a refund but with several fees and tariffs taken out. Then they offered me a 25% refund to just keep them. I decided to take that offer because I had no idea how much I would have to pay to send them back. That was 20 days ago and I still haven't gotten any refund or any response when I ask why. So I'm out $159 and they just stopped replying.
