Phone call saying I owe money to a loan place I never used

Someone called me from (888) 614-5835 saying I owed money to a VIP loan shop. They said I took out a loan but I never did that. I don't even know what that place is.

They also sent mail to my house from an address at 617 w 17th street in Los Angeles. The envelope had an email on it, [email protected]. The letter looked official but there was no real company name on it that I recognized. Just said something about a debt.

I didn't send them any money. But it's annoying getting calls and mail like this. I have no idea where they got my info from.
