Bought something and got charged $59.99 a month for nothing

I ordered an item online. It worked okay I guess but not like they said it would. They said I was signing up for a VIP membership to get a discount and future discounts. They also kept trying to get me to buy more stuff to save money.

At no point did I see anything about a $59.99 monthly charge. I just found it on my bank statement. That is a ridiculous fee for nothing. I never agreed to that.
