Bought cherry trees from YouTube ad and got dead sticks

I bought 3 cherry trees from an ad on YouTube. It said "No fruit, Full refund" right on the label. What I got was 3 twigs with no sign of life at all.

I already have a few cherry and apple trees so I know how to plant and care for them. These sticks looked dead on arrival. I put them in the ground mid-April and have been watering them regular but they never showed any life. They were packaged real poorly and there was no paperwork or instructions about how to return them.

I saw on Reddit lately that a lot of people have been taken by these scammers from China. They need to get nailed or at least taken off YouTube. I lost $70.38.
