Ordered from an Instagram ad, got the wrong item and lost $40

I bought something from viralaluna.com on March 1st after seeing their ad on Instagram. I paid for it using the Shop Pay app. I never got a tracking number for that order in the Shop app, and I never received the item I actually bought.

Then out of nowhere, I got a tracking number for a different package. It showed up today, and it's something I never ordered. I have no idea where it even came from. I don't know if this random package is connected to my order, but the bottom line is I didn't get what I paid for.

My money is just gone. I lost $39.98.

Paid $40 for an order from viralaluna.com and never got anything

I placed an order on their website, viralaluna.com. They took my payment, which was $39.98, and then I never received the product. It just never showed up. So I tried to email their support address, [email protected], to ask about my order. As soon as I did that, they blocked me from emailing them again. I can't get through to them at all now, not by email or phone. They just took the money and disappeared.
