Ordered denture system that looked nothing like the ad

I ordered their denture system, stupidly I know now. What showed up didn't even look like teeth, nothing like what was advertised. I contacted them about returning it and had to reach out a bunch of times before they offered me $20 to just keep the product and call it even. I said no.

Then they told me to return it for a refund. But I didn't realize how much it would cost to ship it back. I guess that's how they get you, offer a partial refund to keep the junk and hope we just give up. I lost about $46. I just want to keep one other person from throwing money at this company, then this whole thing will be worth it.

Ordered makeup that never came and then got charged again

I ordered some makeup from this site and it never even showed up. Then I got an email saying I was charged for a second order I never made. I sent so many emails and nobody ever wrote back. No tracking number for my first order or anything.

The phone number they have, (308) 262-1137, doesn't even work. I don't know what else to do. I'm out a hundred bucks and have nothing to show for it.

Ordered a product from a US company but got something totally different

I ordered from a company claiming to be in the United States. And the picture of product I purchased was nothing like I received.

I paid $48 for it. The email they gave was [email protected] and the phone number was (813) 797-2291. I dont know what else to do. The stuff they sent me is useless.

Ordered from an Instagram ad, got the wrong item and lost $40

I bought something from viralaluna.com on March 1st after seeing their ad on Instagram. I paid for it using the Shop Pay app. I never got a tracking number for that order in the Shop app, and I never received the item I actually bought.

Then out of nowhere, I got a tracking number for a different package. It showed up today, and it's something I never ordered. I have no idea where it even came from. I don't know if this random package is connected to my order, but the bottom line is I didn't get what I paid for.

My money is just gone. I lost $39.98.

Paid $40 for an order from viralaluna.com and never got anything

I placed an order on their website, viralaluna.com. They took my payment, which was $39.98, and then I never received the product. It just never showed up. So I tried to email their support address, [email protected], to ask about my order. As soon as I did that, they blocked me from emailing them again. I can't get through to them at all now, not by email or phone. They just took the money and disappeared.
