Ordered size E, got size D, and they want me to pay for shipping

I bought something from this website viralvera.com on April 18, 2025. I ordered a size E and what shows up is a size D. I don't fit it at all. I waited a long time for it to come and then they send me the wrong thing.

So I asked them how to return it and get my money back. They said I have to pay for the shipping myself or they would only give me $12 back. That's out of $45.98 I paid. They made the mistake not me. I just want to send it back and get a refund.
