Fraud alert from Visa about a charge I didn't make

I got a fraud alert from Visa saying there was a new pending charge for over $30 on my credit card. It said it was flagged as fraud. The website they sent me to was a scammer's site, not really Visa. It was some address in AZ, USA.

I didn't lose any money because my card caught it. But it was confusing. The alert looked real at first. Made me nervous. I just don't like how they made it look like it was from Visa.
