Bought a dashcam from visiark.com and it was completely fake

I saw an ad for a dashcam on visiark.com and decided to buy one. It looked like a good deal. I paid $100 for it through their website.

When the package arrived, it was just a cheap plastic shell. There were no internal parts, no electronics, nothing. It was a complete fake, just a prop. The website visiark.com is a scam. They took my money and sent me a worthless piece of plastic. I have no way to get a refund or even contact anyone.
