No results after a month and impossible return process for refund
They first asked me to accept a percentage off and to return the product. At first their offer was for 20% refund. I said I just wanted to return it. Subsequent emails then offered 30-40-50-60-70%. The last offer said I had to take 4 photos that included the product, the shipping label, of the bottles and me holding the product. THIS is incredibly insane and intrusive. I just want the refund.
Their emails first state a name of Jessica but then emails go to Laura at vitahealthsupps.com. I also filed with the FTC but no results. I asked my bank to challenge it and they said nothing was wrong. This company is totally fraudulent. I should have checked online to see who I was dealing with before ordering.
