Facebook ad for weight loss pills that did not work

I saw an ad on Facebook and ordered their weight loss pills. Cost me $294. I followed the instructions for the pills exactly, took them for 25 days, and did not lose any pounds at all.

I called them to return the product and they told me to email [email protected] to file a refund request. I am going to do that after I contact PayPal next to make sure I can be safe. Then I will follow what they recommend.

No refund after returning product to their address

I sent a product back to them for a full refund like their policy says. They gave me a return address, 11870 62nd St, Largo, FL 33773, and I shipped it there. They told me I’d get my money back within 30 days.

It’s been more than 30 days now. I tried emailing them at [email protected], the same one I used before, but nobody ever wrote me back. I lost $306.42 on this.

I just want my refund. No reply at all.

Ordered a product I saw on TV but got something totally different

I ordered something I saw on TV that was supposed to be endorsed by some personalities I recognized. The website was facebook and the email was [email protected]. They took $300 from me. When the package showed up it was not what was advertised at all. It was some cheap fake version of the product.

I tried calling the number on the site at (855) 482-1597 but no one really helped me. The address they had was 18655 E 35th Dr. #100 in Aurora CO 80011. I don't know if that's even real. Just felt like a total waste of money.
