Not reliable

I ordered a product from Vital Complexion and right after ordering it, I changed my mind. So, I called them and let them know about it. They said to just send the product back unopened I would get a refund, so I did. When I didn't hear from them, I called to see what the problem was. They started saying that the product had been opened, which it hadn't been. Then they said they couldn't refund the full amount because they were charging $10 a bottle, which was six bottles, to restock. They said they would refund me the balance by e-check. I have since called four more times and have still not gotten a refund. I would not trust this company for anything.

Ordered a small item, got sent hundreds in products and no refund

I got a text about a skin cream from Vital Complexion. I only ordered the small one, which was around thirteen dollars. Next thing I know, I get a huge box in the mail with over two hundred and fifty dollars worth of stuff I never asked for.

I sent it all right back. They got the return. But they won't give me my money back for any of it. It was two hundred and thirty-nine dollars and ninety-four cents. I checked their website and they have a return policy, but they just won't honor it. This feels like a trick they're pulling, especially on older people. Their number is (833) 334-2766 and the email is [email protected]. Nothing from them. No refund.
