Ordered my father’s DD214 but never got the email with the files

I was looking online to try and recover my father’s information, his DD214 and death certificate. I placed an order and got an order ID NUZXYM28. Never got any email with the information or research though.

Then I looked around and saw there are a bunch of other claims against this company. I lost $89. I just want what I paid for.

Tried to order a birth certificate and got charged for nothing

I was trying to order a copy of my birth certificate. It looked like I was on the Georgia vital records site, but I guess it wasn't. The website was [email protected] and they are supposedly in Atlanta, GA.

I paid $175 and never got anything. No certificate, no email back, nothing. I tried emailing them at [email protected] but no reply. I just wanted my birth certificate and now I'm out that money.
