Ordered forms from Vital Forms Direct and never got what I paid for

I ordered from vitalformsdirect.com and paid $135. They took my money and I never got my order. The website looked legit enough. Their phone number is (844) 211-2871 and the address they list is in Texas.

I tried calling that number a few times. Nobody picks up or calls me back. There is no way to get a refund or even talk to a real person. I feel like I just threw my money away. This was an online purchase and I got nothing for it.

They charged me a monthly fee I never agreed to for a birth certificate

I paid this company to get a new copy of my birth certificate and they charged a lot. I got my certificate but now they are trying to charge a monthly fee of 9.99 that I did not authorize. Their website is https://www.vitalformsdirect.com/birth and they are in OH, USA.

I never signed up for any monthly thing. I just wanted one copy and that was it. Now I see this 9.99 charge and I don't know how to stop it. I already lost 9.99 to them for the certificate and this is on top of that.

Paid for a birth certificate from their website and never got it

I found this website, vitalformsdirect.com, when I needed a speed-processed birth certificate from Colorado. I live in Texas. The site looked legit, so I went ahead and paid $187 for it.

I never received the document I requested. Nothing ever came. The whole thing just left me out the money with nothing to show for it.
