Ordered Vital Leap for my toddler, never got it and lost $80

I ordered Vital Leap for my toddler from their website back in January. They kept saying it was on back order. Then they said it shipped, but gave a fake tracking number.

I tried contacting them at [email protected] but got no real help. It just went nowhere. I lost $80 on this order.
