Ordered dog collagen once and they sent another I didn’t ask for

I ordered collagen drops for my dog, just one time. Then they sent me another bottle I never asked for. I didn’t even know this was some kind of scam until I looked it up online.

Now I’m trying to cancel the subscription but the website doesn’t let you. There’s no way to stop it. I already lost about $31.79 on this and I just want it to end.
