No one answers the phone at Vital Records Online

I ordered something from Vital Records Online and its been a month now. I can't get through to them on the phone at all, you just sit on hold forever. Then I send emails asking for info, and when I give them what they ask for, there's always some new reason the transaction can't go through.

I've spent hours on hold and sent so many emails. Nothing gets resolved. I lost $126.00 and I just keep getting the runaround. Their address says FL, USA but I don't know if thats even real at this point.
