Paid for a birth certificate and now they keep taking money from my account

I tried to get a copy of my birth certificate online. I thought the site was real but it wasn’t. I paid and then they started taking 9.99 out of my bank account. I didn’t sign up for that. Just wanted the one thing. Now I don’t know how to stop it.
