Charged $189 for a $39 order and never got my money back

I ordered something online from Vitalcomplexion, from their website Vitalcomplexion.com. It was supposed to be a $39 order. Then next thing I know, my account was hit for $189. The order actually got delivered, but it had nothing to do with what I ordered. I didn't even open any of the bottles.

I shipped it all back through UPS right away. I never saw my money. I contacted them four times. Every single time they said the refund was coming. It never did. This has been going on for over two months now. Don't buy anything from this company Vitalcomplexion.com.
