Paid $94 for a form I could have filled out myself

I went to https://www.vitalformsdirect.com/ thinking I was ordering my mother's birth certificate. Instead they just sent me a simple document that I could have easily done myself. They texted it to me.

Now I have to print it out and mail it with $32.00 to the Massachusetts Registry of Vital Records and Statistics myself. Or $42 if I want it faster. Plus a self-addressed stamped envelope. So I paid them $94 for nothing really.

Honestly I'm not even sure I'm going to get the birth certificate at the end of all this. Feels like a complete rip-off and scam.
