Paid $84 for nothing from vitalformsdirect.com

I ordered something from vitalformsdirect.com and paid $84. That was it, never got anything. No product, no tracking, nothing. I tried to find a way to contact them but there is no phone number listed anywhere on their site. I sent an email to [email protected] but no reply. So I have no way to get my money back or even ask what happened. Just a total waste.

Paid $200 for documents online and never got anything

I went online thinking this was the actual health district, but it wasn't. I found Vitalformsdirect.com and paid them $200 back in February. The money came right out of my account.

I never received the documents I was supposed to get. I tried to look into it, but there's just no way to get a hold of anyone. The whole thing feels like a scam. I just want my money back for something I never got.
